First class in the sky

As time goes on, Emirates flights all around the world will feature a renewed first class. Like a private hotel room on board: impressive services and comfort

Dubai is developing at a breathtaking pace. The most populous city of the United Arab Emirates is enriched every year with new highlights, grand buildings, impressive attractions, and programs offering unforgettable experiences. Dubai is leading in the skies, and not a month goes by without the launch of a new large-scale project that amazes the world by breaking records as the first, the largest, or in some other way. It's not uncommon for entire districts to be revitalized within a few years, adding new iconic skyscrapers to the desert-born metropolis.

Dubai Creek Harbour is one of the latest mega-projects, which includes the renovation of an entire harbor district, with its centerpiece being the world's tallest planned building. The Tower's name and height are not yet final, and the developer is expected to keep this information secret until the opening day. Estimates suggest that its peak will reach a staggering 1,300 meters, meaning it will likely rise nearly 500 meters above the world’s current tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, also located in Dubai.

Dubai's national airline is also worthy of the skies. Emirates is one of the fastest-growing and most awarded airlines in the world, serving 133 destinations. With its fleet of 260 wide-body aircraft, it transports more than 43 million passengers annually, a number it aims to grow dynamically.

The real first class

The Emirates Boeing 777-300ER three-class aircraft operates on the Dubai route, where the true First Class experience was first introduced. Like an exclusive suite on board the aircraft: the excitement of the journey is only surpassed by the services provided on board and the unparalleled comfort. Emirates' First and Business Class passengers can enjoy an impressive experience. Fine dining dishes prepared by award-winning chefs, an exceptional selection of wines and drinks, and seats that can transform into beds at the push of a button: thanks to Zero Gravity technology, passengers can almost float in the luxurious leather seats.

First Class passengers can relax in their renewed private cabins, ensuring complete discretion, while sipping 2013 vintage Dom Perignon champagne. They can enjoy the in-flight entertainment, which includes 4,000 thematic channels, live sports broadcasts, or simply admire the view. The “suite’s” temperature and lighting brightness can be adjusted individually.

While scandals and passenger grievances are almost daily occurrences with low-cost airlines, there are national carriers that stand out by offering exceptional attention and flawless services to attract passengers. These are the airlines that cater to those who want to experience flying as an enjoyable journey, not a hassle-laden inconvenience. On the Dubai route, Emirates First Class round-trip ticket prices start at around $6,500, which is significantly higher than the economy class fare. We can say that the First Class ticket prices are proportional to the quality of the services provided, along with the personalized attention that passengers can experience even before their flight, if they expect an unparalleled travel experience from their journey.
